Building Strategic Alliances is an IP specialisation of Ryde Growth. It allows organisations to consider the vast number of stakeholders it engages with and plot them on a relationship-based continuum. This work also allows language to be developed which clearly articulates the nature of these relationships along with the expected outcomes. An anticipated result of this work is improved clarity and communication between organisations and internal & external stakeholder groups.
