The NWBrand is designed to resist the notion that hard work isn’t sexy work. In our society, there is a level of misconception which drives the idea that as individuals we should choose to be one thing, often via the path of least resistance: I don’t agree. I believe that purposeful work leads to rich moments, and that these moments underpin shifts in knowledge, understanding, capacity and beliefs which are both permanent and powerful.
If I can use my voice and platform to encourage people to understand that if you have a brain, you have a choice, I will have achieved something important and meaningful.

A profoundly impactful thinker and storyteller, possessing the capacity to engage, connect and influence, Nayth Woodrow founded Ryde out of a passion for growing something from nothing. Having grown Ryde International into a global community across seven business units, Nayth is now driven to share his learning and experience, along with his passion for purpose with the Ryde Community.

Growing Something from Nothing Program (GSFNP) - the GSFNP is designed to spark curiosity in young minds about excellence and innovation, and the role defining purpose can play in leading and impacting a community. The vehicle for this may be entrepreneurship but the GSFNP isn’t about business, it's about students understanding how the foundational elements of effectiveness can be applied in everyday life.
